Lawn Mowing Lawn mowing services are typically scheduled on a weekly basis and are adjusted as needed throughout the season based on growth of the lawn and weather related conditions which may shorten or extend the time between cuts. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum. Bi-Weekly mowings services are offered. Our lawn mowing service includes the following each visit. • Prior to mowing we will check for and remove debris from lawn areas. Note: If a storm or heavy wind leaves behind excessive sticks, small tree limbs, they will be piled in one location as necessary off the turf, but not removed from the property. Large branches, leaf accumulations and yard debris that hinders our ability to mow your lawn can be cleaned up and removed at an additional cost. • Lawn areas will be mowed and clippings left on site. Our mowers are equipped with special blades that mulch the clippings. Raking or bagging of clippings and removal from the property is not included in the mowing service. It is better for the lawn to have the clippings recycled into the lawn. If you would like to have the clippings collected and removed from the property, this can be arraigned at an additional cost. • The blade height will be set at 2 - 3 inches during the spring/fall and 3 - 4 inches during the summer. This provides optimal health, quality, and aesthetic of your lawn. Mowing shorter than 2 inches damages grass roots, promotes weed growth, and destroys the overall look of your lawn and can cause damage to our equipment. The mowing direction will be alternated each visit, whenever possible, to prevent compaction and enhance your lawn’s appearance. • Trimming turf areas around trees, mail box post, mulch beds, along fencing, patio and foundation areas will be completed with a string trimmer. We make every effort to prevent damage at the property while string trimming. • Edging sidewalk, drive, and curbs will be done as needed to maintain a sharp clean look. • Sidewalks, driveway and patio areas will be blown off. Spring & Fall Cleanup Spring Cleanup: We will collect and remove leaves, sticks, small branches and other debris from existing beds, ground cover and lawn areas by raking and/or blowing off the areas. This service will be performed once during the Spring. Fall Cleanup: Fall cleanup and leaf removal is done in two (2) parts. The first initial cleanup is done during October, and the second and final cleanup is done when the leaves finish falling. Additional cleanups can be arrainged but would be done at an additional cost. Fall Cleanup and leaf removal includes the following: • We will remove leaves, small branches and other debris by blowing off and raking beds and lawn areas. • Leaves will be mulched on site and/or removed from property. • Sidewalks, patio areas and driveway will be blown off. What We Don’t Do Our focus is on providing our customers with the best lawn mowing service. We do not provide services that other larger landscaping companys are equipped and staffed to handle. We can provide recomendations for compays in the local area that can provide these service if requested. • Lawn Applications: We do not do application of herbicides and pesticides to turf areas. • Tree Work: We are not equipped to handle pruning or removal of trees or stump grinding. • Landscaping Design & Construction: Hardscaping projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, pool area landscaping, or drainange projects.

Seasonal Bed Maintenance Existing beds will be maintained by weeding the areas and removing leaves and other debris. All debris will be removed from the property. Bed maintenance will be completed four (4) times during the season with the 1st typically during the month of June, depending on growing conditions.
